Training on Teaching-Learning Techniques, Curriculum Development and Self-Assessment Methodology”

IQAC of Uttara University Organized Two-day Training on Teaching-Learning Techniques, Curriculum Development and Self-Assessment Methodology” for the Faculty Members of the University on 13-14 February 2016 in the IQAC Seminar Hall of the university. Vice Chancellor of Uttara University, Professor Dr M. Azizur Rahman was present as the Chief Guest and Pro Vice Chancellor of Uttara University, Professor Dr. Eaysmin Ara Lekha and Dean, School of Business, Prof. Dr. Nazrul Islam, were present as Special Guests at the Certificate Awarding Session of the program. Prof. Dr. Debi Narayan Rudra Paul was presided over by the program. Prof. Dr. Md. Mozahar Ali, Director of Graduate Training Institute, Bangladesh Agricultural University was the Resource Person in the training program. More than Fifty faculty members from the different departments of Uttara University participated in the training program. The objective of the training program was to enhance the quality of classroom deliberation of the teachers. Prof. Ali discussed about different topics related to teaching-learning techniques, curriculum development such as, Bloom’s taxonomy of learning, non-verbal communication in teaching, designing lesson plan, curriculum format, and course profile.
